VILLA CALA REGINA

 

The villa is a 1960s maison de charme in granite and reinforced concrete, evoking the work of F. L. Wright. The design of the interiors is inspired by the living space of the boat, whose essential organisation of spaces is accompanied by a welcoming atmosphere.

The large living room with fireplace overlooks the sea, surprising guests with an impressive 180° panorama. The three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin (single bed and French bed), are all bright and have a sea view.
Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, complete the sleeping area. A third bathroom is located near the small equipped kitchen.

On the lower floor there is a small dependance, consisting of one room and is equipped with a bathroom.
Digital TV and Wi-Fi Internet are at the guests' disposal, as well as a rich selection of music and numerous books.

Almost as if to preserve its privacy, 4 hectares of Mediterranean vegetation surround the property, granting guests various intimate and shaded relaxation corners. A charming path leads to a private area on the cliff below. On the western side, the beautiful covered terrace overlooks the swimming pool surrounded by greenery.

A short walk from the residence is a 25 m2 mini annexe, an ideal solution for families who want to accommodate a nanny, housekeeper or service staff. The accommodation, which is completely independent, is furnished with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchenette. The annexe overlooks the cliff and has a furnished outdoor area.
