Centered on the eastern coastline of Sardinia, in the ex province of Ogliastra,
Perdepera Resort is named after the beach on which is stands on the outskirts of Cardedu.
The Ogliastra, undiscovered by most until a just few decades ago, is now considered one of the most beautiful places in the world and was, in fact, elected 2013's most beautiful province of Italy.

Accommodations
Immersed in lush green gardens, our 131 independent rooms are available in different layouts to best suite the various needs of our guests. Explore the options to discover the villa that will make your holiday most comfortable.
Classic Room
Available accomodations: Classic Triple (double + 1 single bed or 3 single beds), Quadruple Classic (double bed + 2 single beds).
Large wooden beams artistically decorate the fresh white ceiling, typical Sardinian lapwing curtains frame the large glass entrance to the patio. Secluded enough for a private escape yet large enough to entertain, each patio is the perfect retreat in the warm afternoon hours.
The Classic bathroom has an upscale shower, whose white marble wall extends across the spacious terrace on which the sink rests, and a fully mirrored door, giving it a fresh and modern feel.
Standard Room
Available accomodations: Double Standard (double bed), Standard (double + 1 single bed), Standard Triple (3 single beds), Quadruple Standard (double bed + 2 single beds), Quad (4 single beds).
All standard rooms have their own private entrance on the ground floor, air conditioning, telephone, TV, mini fridge (consumption fee), safe, drying rack and hairdryer.
Bathrooms in standard rooms are equipped with a tiled shower, a spacious counter with wash basin, and a large mirror; all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
A private spacious patio with table and chairs is attached to all standard rooms where you can relax after a busy day in the green and smells of our colorful garden.
Family Room
Family rooms with traditional furnishings and large spaces, private entrance and patio.
The Family rooms are composed of 2 single beds on the ground floor and a double bed in the large loft that can be reached by a comfortable staircase.
The patio is comfortably equipped to enjoy a relaxing game of cards with the family or have a meal, surrounded by the greenery and colours of our garden.
The rooms all have independent entrance on the ground floor, independent air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar (supply on request and on payment), safe, clothesline and hairdryer.
Superior Room
Let yourself be enraptured by the style of our Superior rooms, built in 2018 in a new area of the resort.
Located on the ground floor, the Superiors are decorated in a fresh and luminous contemporary style.
Each room has a coloured wall with a unique design on it, to give that touch of magic and originality. Some are furnished in all white and minimal while others are in vintage décor. The curtains rigorously in a modern Sardinian style, frame the large glass door that leads to a private porch with a view of the garden. The perfect setting to relax after a day at the beach.
The rooms have independent entrances. They all have air conditioning, telephone, LED television, mini-bar (fee upon consumption), digital safe, USB outlets, hairdryer and clothes horse.
Prestige Room
Walking up a convenient, external staircase, you will find the Prestige Rooms, built in 2018, located on the first floor of the resort’s new complex.
The Prestige rooms have refined and bright spaces, modern and comfortable furnishings and fine finishing touches.
White minimal furniture, a coloured wall, a different design in each room and beautiful ceilings with white wood beams which embellish these rooms, giving them a unique and exclusive trait.
The curtains, in a modern Sardinian style, frame the large glass door that opens up to a spacious terrace, furnished with a wicker table and chairs with a view on the fragrant Mediterranean scrub.
Junior Suite
A showpiece in its own right, the Junior Suite Quadruple Room is centrally located just steps from the restaurant, swimming pool, children's club and Beach Bar!
This stunning villa consists of an open space with a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, telephone, LED TV, minibar (payment), digital safe, drying room and hair dryer.
Fresh, modern and upscale, the bathroom highlights the artistic tile wall visible through the clear shower glass, while a stunning marble sink rest atop the spacious counter with a large mirror backdrop.
The patio, furnished with comfortable chairs and a table, is surrounded by lush greenery which creates a cozy atmosphere in which to relax to enjoy your favorite books.
