Villa Geremeas 4 is a magnificent two-storey villa located on the hill of Geremeas Residence, at only 500 meters from Spiaggia di Geremeas (Marongiu Beach), reachable with a 6 minute walk. The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is allowed only to the owners of the remote control that opens the bar.
This villa can comfortably accommodate 8/10 people, having three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom on the ground floor with bunk beds, a double sofa bed very comfortable to open and close and 4 bathrooms in total. The access to the property is through a characteristic local stone staircase that leads to the garden which thanks to its high position guarantees total privacy, not being visible from the street. A spacious outdoor living veranda, where it’s possible to eat or just relax on armchairs and rocking chair, leads to the ground floor entrance where there is the two-level living room with dining table, corner sofa bed and entertainment area (with 43” Smart TV 4K and audio system), the fully equipped kitchen, the double bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and small terrace, and a third double room with double bed and a bathroom in front.
Adjacent to the villa there is a small fully independent dependance with two bedrooms and a bathroom, where depending on the period is possible the presence of the owners, that use it only to sleep, which have great regard for the privacy of the guests and that are however available for any suggestion or need.

Next to the house there is a pleasant outdoor shower, very comfortable to cool off and rinse after having been to the beach.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning / dehumidifier / heat pump. Included internet connection with Wi-Fi, which is rare in this area. The house is tastefully furnished and comfortable, ideal for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

PATIO AND TERRACE

Indoor covered veranda with ceiling fans, an ideal place to eat meals. From here there is the access to the external laundry room.Next to the house there is a pleasant outdoor shower, very comfortable to cool off and rinse after having been to the beach.
