Villa Elisabeth is a gorgeous villa on one level located in Geremeas Residence, at only 300 meters from Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach), reachable with a two minutes walk. The house is located inside the private area whose access is allowed only to the owners of the remote control that opens the bar. Villa Elisabeth, Geremeas is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, having a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with single beds that can be joined together, a triple bedroom with bunk bed and single bed and two bathrooms. The property is accessed through a gate that allows you to park cars in the open space in front of the house.
From the front of the house you enter the delightful living room with two sofas and TV, the fully equipped and habitable kitchen with a spacious dining table. The kitchen leads to a complete bathroom. Returning to the living room, a hallway leads us to a corridor, convenient access to the sleeping area where we find the double bedroom with single beds, the triple bedroom, the master bedroom and a recently renovated bathroom with a large shower with box. The living room and the master bedroom lead to the splendid outdoor veranda, the ideal place to eat and to spend hours of pleasant relaxation, enjoying privacy and silence, overlooking the wonderful and well-kept internal garden. The villa is completed by a functional inner court with washbasin and external shower with hot and cold water (very comfortable for cooling off and rinsing after being on the beach) and a laundry area.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning / dehumidifier / heat pump, also in the living room. All the bedrooms have also ceiling fans. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.Internet connection with Wi-Fi is included, which is rare in this area. The house is well-kept and comfortable, ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays even with small children or elderly people.
