Villa Geremeas 5 is a beautiful two-level villa located on the hillside of Geremeas Residence, just 400 meters from Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach), which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is allowed only to the owners of the remote control that opens the bar.
Villa Geremeas 5 can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, having two double rooms and one twin room with bunk beds, which can eventually become a triple room as well as two full bathrooms and one service bathroom. The property is accessed through a driveway gate; it is possible to park two cars comfortably inside. The large, well-kept and private garden hosts a furnished patio and a nice brick BBQ. From the beautiful front veranda, equipped with a dining area with wooden furniture, you enter the living area divided into dining room and living room with fireplace and TV. Continuing on this level we find the kitchen, a service bathroom and a convenient outdoor laundry room with washing machine, sink and drying rack. In this area there is also an outdoor shower with cold water, very convenient for cooling off and rinsing off after being at the beach. From the living area you can access the second level, a few steps and we are in the sleeping area where there is a large double bedroom, a nice double room with bunk beds where there is also a third bed (if you prefer not to use the bed above) and a full bathroom that serves these two rooms. Worthy of note is the master double bedroom, with a small private veranda overlooking the garden, a dedicated wardrobe area and a nice en suite bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/dehumidifier/heat pump, and the entire sleeping area has mosquito nets. Internet connection with Wi-Fi is included, which is rare in this area. The house is tastefully furnished and comfortable, ideal for peaceful and relaxing vacations.
