VILLA GEREMEAS 1, SOUTH SARDINIA

 

Villa Geremeas 1 is a beautiful villa on one level located in Geremeas Residence, at only 50 meters from Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach), reachable with a less than a minute walk. The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is allowed only to owners of the remote control that opens the bar.

Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, having a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom and one service bathroom. The property is accessed through a gate that allows you to park the cars in the space in front of the house, sheltered under a canopy. From here you access an open area where there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water (very comfortable for cooling off and rinsing after having been on the beach). From this area we enter a well-equipped kitchen which leads to a room with a washing machine, a small service bathroom, the dining area and the cozy living room with TV. A corridor then leads to the sleeping area, where we find two double bedrooms with twin beds, the master double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the dining area, the living room and the master bedroom you can access the spacious outdoor veranda divided into several areas, equipped with a table to eat outside, relaxation areas with sofas, tables and chairs, all overlooking the lush garden. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning / dehumidifier / heat pump, also in the dining room.
All windows of the dining room and the night area are equipped with mosquito nets. Internet connection with Wi-Fi is included, which is rare in this area. The house is well-kept and comfortable, ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays even with small children or elderly people.
