Villa Geremeas 2 is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, having two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is accessed through a gate that allows you to park the cars in the space in front of the house.
From the front of the house there is access to the fully equipped kitchen from which we enter a dining area with a large table that comfortably accommodates all the guests and a large and cozy living room with two comfortable three-seater sofas and a TV.
The living room leads to a recently renovated bathroom with an Italian shower. We enter a corridor overlooked by the bedrooms in the sleeping area where we find the double bedroom, the two twin bedrooms, the other double master bedroom with veranda and a second bathroom which is also finely and recently renovated with a large shower with box. Both from the master bedroom and from the living room there is access to the splendid external veranda, the ideal place to eat and to spend hours of pleasant relaxation, enjoying privacy and silence, overlooking the wonderful and well-kept internal garden. The villa is completed by a functional inner court with washbasin and external shower with hot and cold water (very comfortable for cooling off and rinsing after having been on the beach) and a laundry area. All bedrooms except for a double bedroom are equipped with air conditioning / dehumidifier / heat pump, also in the living room. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Internet connection with Wi-Fi is included, which is rare in this area.
The house is well-kept and comfortable, ideal for peaceful and relaxing holidays even with small children or elderly people.
