The house, very comfortable, is composed of a spacious living room / kitchen, laundry room (washing machine and second fridge), master bedroom with direct access to the covered veranda and en suite bathroom, double bedroom with en suite bathroom, double bedroom with access to the veranda and third bathroom. Kitchen facilities:Double fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, Nespresso coffee machine. Internet wi-fi.

The covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor dining area and lounge, and enjoys a beautiful sea view and the large teak sunbathing area surrounding the swimming pool. A covered parking space for two cars and A/C in all rooms complete the property.

The villa is surrounded by well-kept greenery and, on the back, there is an outdoor shower.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
