The Enquiry & Booking Process

At Welcome to Sardinia, we act as your expert travel advisory. Each of our team has personally been to each of our destinations, and we know our villas and locations intimately. We understand there needs to be trust between the client and the travel advisor. We will successfully guide you through their entire travel experience by providing accurate and relevant content that meets or exceeds your expectations.

Step 1: Contact our team of experts

Step 2: Tell us in as much detail as possible what your client is looking for, and we provide you with a selection of available properties that meet your client's exact needs. The rates will include your commission.

Step 3: We will send you link or unbranded PDFs which you can share with your clients. The link or PDF will include a selection of images of each villa as well as descriptions, services and facilities. We would prefer if you would provide us with your client's name and we will guarantee that this client remains yours throughout the entire booking process.

Step 4: Our team would be more than happy to speak to the guest and ensure the property is the best fit for them. After all, we are the experts and can showcase that knowledge to them.

Step 5: If you client is interested in a property we will place the dates on hold and send you the booking confirmation by email.

Step 6: Once the client has booked with you, our concierge would be delighted to get in touch with your client directly (if you so wish) to arrange all aspects of their concierge
